Prime Time Entertainment, Inc. provides celebrity and regional entertainment bookings as well as in-house sound system rentals, stage lighting rentals, staging and stage covers, backline, production management, corporate event planning, venue development, event marketing and more. For almost twenty-five years, we've had the priviledge of working on literally thousands of events throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and across the United States. These have included large scale festivals, headline concerts, association meetings, conventions and more. PTE has some of the most qualified Production Managers in the United States. Our guys consistently are on the road touring with top level productions and know how to get it right with logistics. We'll come in with the right team to help manage your project from start to finish and make everyone look good at the same time!
Sound: We have everything from extremely large sound systems ready to handle groups of 5000 or more, all the way down to small PA systems for intimate gatherings. We carry all of the brands you trust such as JBL, Yamaha, QSC, Shure and more!Lighting:We have worked extensively with many of the area's best lighting designers and can provide any system a performer or event producer requests. We've literally done it all and welcome the opportunity to work with you in finding the perfect lighting package for your event. Allow our world class lighting designers to custom design the perfect show for your group!Staging:We provide everything from small 4x8 riser sections to large scaffolding and mobile staging along with load-bearing roof structures.Backline:We have a warehouse full of drums, keyboards, guitar and bass amps, percussion and more. We carry all the top brands in-house including Fender, DW, SWR, Korg, Yamaha, Eden, Marshall, Mesa Boogie, Kurzweil, etc.Electrical:We have provide generators for any size event.Custom Fabrication:PTE can get fabricated anything from custom gobo's to large branded backdrop and other forms of signage.
PTE can provide all types of production and event staffing. We employ stagehands, lighting designers, sound engineers, backline techs, stage managers, riggers, carpenters, production assistants, security, ushers, box office staff, hospitality coordinators, runners, electricans and more.
