Founded by Jim Douglas in the early 1980s, the company has evolved into a premier industry leader. Today, the family tradition continues under the leadership of Jim alongside his daughters, Haley Swenson (Vice President of Operations) and Hannah Kohlmeyer (Vice President of Sales and a Senior Talent Buyer), supported by a dedicated team of more than 30 event professionals.
