Founded by Jim Douglas in the early 1980s, the company has evolved into a premier industry leader. Today, the family tradition continues under the leadership of Jim alongside his daughters, Haley Swenson (Office Manager) and Hannah Kohlmeyer (Production Manager + Talent Buyer), supported by a dedicated team of more than 25 event professionals.
